This online cake shop was founded by the prolific chef Daniel Tay. Previously, he was the founder of Bakerzinn and was also a confectionary chef at the rather famous French Restaurant Les Amis. This shop specializes in, guess what? Cheesecakes..! There are so many flavours available – it’s quite astounding!
Some, like the Maneki Neko cheesecake (Yuzu, lemon and lime), are light and refreshing. Others, like the Modern Duke’s Pudding cheesecake are rich and decadent.

This stunning patisserie and cafe mixes Japanese and European cuisine with amazing results. Some of the desserts are simply stunning – they definitely fall into the ‘looks too good to eat’ category.
Some of their cheesecakes, like the Mango Soufle are delicate and light but chocolate lovers, do not fear, as the Earl Grey Choco cake is a real star in this super menu of sweet-treats.
Flor’s desserts are just so delicate and beautiful. Wolfing them down seems like a crime – don’t feel too guilty, though!
