Their foodee-worthy Rojak offering is made with vegetarian shrimp-style paste. It comes with various veg, fruits, your tiao, tau pok and nuts. You reportedly can’t tell it apart from actual shrimp paste!
More veggie dishes come in the form of toasted you tiao popiah which uses the same special vegetarian shrimp paste with peanuts, wrapped in a popiah skin.
Hakka Noodles offers up awesome vegetarian bee hoon noodles at Holland Drive. There aren’t many stalls here but what this hawker lacks in quantity it makes up in quality.

The 4 Haig Road hawker centre where you can find Wang Jiao Vegetarian Food houses some of the most reputable Malay stalls in Singapore. Amongst some top quality offerings, Wang Jiao Vegetarian nestles near to the top spot and serves up a huge menu of great dishes including their famous Fish Bean Soup, which features mock fish. 79A Circuit Rd – Victor’s Vegetarian Food
Vegetarian food in block 79A down Circuit Road illustrates some of Singapore’s awesome selection of vegetarian food. It’s 40% vegetarian food – you really are spoilt for choice. One vendor is Victor’s, who sells burgers alongside vegetarian Otah. This is a rare and tricky dish. With lemongrass flavours combined with fragrant pandan and chilli, this dish really packs some great flavours. A great find!
Another notable vegetarian stall named Choo Zai Zhai Vegetarian is renowned for its mock oyster dishes. Fried oyster omelette with hokkien mee is reportedly excellent, a real standout at a hawker that offers over 10 vegetarian stalls!
